// Personally

I secured a human rights social sciences internship in Thailand in 2020, but COVID hit and things really changed. This led me to explore my home instead, discovering the beauty of Canada. I love British Columbia, especially the coast around Deep Cove. I’m always excited for my next trip!

When I’m not working or travelling, I’m either at home snuggling with my cats Pekoe and Pongo, or I’m out having wild adventures with my friends. I love collecting moments and memories that I can have a laugh about or look back upon fondly.

// Why Therapy?

Lifelong learning.

I have been interested in psychology ever since I was young. When I studied it in university, I fell even more in love with the field and knew that I wanted to pursue a career where I could continue to learn about my passion for a long time.

Personal Experience.

Personal experience with psychedelics really opened my mind to the possibilities and benefits that this type of treatment can have. The impact of this medicine on my life has been profound, and I am grateful for the changes resulting from my relationship with psychedelic exploration.

Self exploration.

Learning about ourselves – why we do what we do, what triggers us, what our unconscious coping strategies are – is one of the best gifts we can give ourselves. When practiced appropriately and in a safe, professional environment, psychedelics, breathwork, and meditation are among the most helpful tools to aid us in the pursuit of self exploration.
