I felt called to support others.
I worked in communications for over a decade and found my way to the mental health field after a personal experience with cancer, after which I felt called to commit my career to supporting others.
I went through my own challenges.
Having experienced health challenges, I’m able to approach the topic with both a unique and fresh perspective.
Empathy and trust are key.
I’m highly motivated by helping clients explore their lives using compassion and empathy, creating a trusting and comforting space.
