// Personally

This is me and my son…my furry son. My world changed when I got him as a 7-week-old puppy and he became my best friend. He has taught me so much and forced me to grow in many ways. Not only that, but having a massive German Shepherd has held me accountable to staying active as he needs his multiple daily walks. Exercise (be it hitting the weights in the gym or walking out in nature) is one of the best anti-depressants out there and crucial for a well-balanced healthy lifestyle. Plus…he watches sports with me so that’s cool too.

// Why Therapy?

I love connecting.

Growing up as an introvert, I always felt that I excelled in connecting 1 on 1 with people. This felt like a deeper and more rewarding experience for me. Fast forward years later and people felt they could be honest, open, and vulnerable with me about their lives; to be themselves.

I love empowering people.

While being passionate about goals, I love to meet clients where they’re at. Everyone’s journeys can move at different speeds, but personal growth is always a priority in my treatment.

I’ll walk alongside you.

I’ve always enjoyed getting to know people’s stories and walking with them through difficult trials and tribulations. I really value the power of a personal connection and this led me to pursue a career in therapy. Not only do I feel that I can connect with every person that I meet, but I also believe that there is always something every single person can teach me.
